Hire Controller – National Hire Desk (based in Coventry)
Hire Direct is our National Hire Desk for customers wanting a “one-call” facility.
A vacancy exists for an experienced hire controller or an individual with customer service skills who may have previously worked within a call centre environment.
We are looking for a good communicator who is organized and efficient but with a warm and friendly personality to handle incoming calls from customers and be able to convert them into hires via our depot network.
