The Golf Construct Tour 2011

Pleasington Golf Club hosted our 2nd tour event of the 2011 season and we had 70 players take part. Once again a special thanks to you all for making the effort to attend especially in these testing and somewhat difficult economic times.
Your commitment is much appreciated.

Thank you to Chris Williams and his team at Pleasington Golf Club. The course was in immaculate condition and the food in the evening was of excellent standard. All of the club staff made us feel extremely welcome. Pleasington will certainly be one of the first on the list to revisit.

The object of The Golf Construct Tour is to offer each of us the opportunity not only to build a strong relationship with our own client base but also to network with our fellow industry peers, while at the same time playing the best golf courses throughout the North of England.

I am hoping the 2011 tour will be bigger, better and even more successful than 2010.

Round 02: The Pleasington Open – Friday 17th June 2011

Congratulations once again to Jim Hodges “Winner of the Premier trophy”.

Jim just managed to pip Nigel Noble to the post as both scored a superb 36 points on the day however Jim just edging it on the count back rule. He scored a remarkable 11 pars, 1 birdie and 6 bogies for his round playing off a handicap of 5. Consistent and impressive scoring I am sure you will agree.

He has been an ever present on the tour since it first started back in March 2010 playing all six events so far.

Well done Jim and good luck for the rest of the season!
